Home and end keys not working as normal Dell Inspiron 7706 2n1: With all keyboards I've ever used pressing the home key takes you to the beginning of the line and pressing the end key takes you to the end of the line. On this keyboard pressing the home key toggles my application to full screen and back.

Is is possible to assign Home / End / PgUp / PgDown to combinations of Fn + arrow keys in Windows 8.1 (I have HP Elitebook 8540p if that matters)? Motivation: in particular I like keyboard of my current laptop a lot, but it's time to move on - and there are quite some offers of new laptops that don't have separate Home/End buttons, which I tend to use a lot, even when typing this question ...
Other than that, technically with AutoHotKey you can map Home and End to any key or key combination you like, but then you still have that cognitive burden. In any case, there's no way within the system to have certain F keys default to being F keys while other F keys default to their "auxiliary function" behavior.
