Ruger American Rimfire | Gunner Forum
This is my new .22 rifle. The one I have is the compact model with an 18" barrel and the 12.5" length of pull. It came with both a low iron sight stock module and a scope sight module. I ordered the full-length scope module to give it a try. Switching them is easy - just unscrew the rear sling...

1873 winc strength | Gunner Forum
A 20 inch octagon barrel, that is usually the carbine length. But this levergun has the rifle forearm, barrel, loading tube, barrel band, and octagon barrel. It weighs in at 7.4 pounds unloaded. It has buck horn sights, but that will change as soon as the peep sights I ordered come in from MidwayUSA.

Lyman Scopes - Gunner Forum
Keeping the focal length long and lens or mirror curvature shallow is a classic way to minimize optical errors. It's why those old spotting scopes you see pirates and pioneers using were extendable in several sections.

30 30 for T/C | Gunner Forum
The brass is range brass, I normally full length size myself. I have never neck sized my self, full length works for me. Beside around here I can get 30 30 brass pretty easy. Yea I am looking forward to testing out the lead bullet s in the T/C never have loaded lead bullets for the T/C before.

W 296 in .38 Special +P? - Gunner Forum
I know. If you want a .357 Mag load, use .357 Mag! I just want to know if anybody here has ever used W 296 powder for a .38 Special +P load, specifically for a 125 grain JHP. I have used 2400, and was not overly impressed with the results. These loads will be used only in .357 Mag guns, or my Service Six, which is a .38 Special, but should be able to take about any .38 load, as it is the same ...

only 1 gun law, G19 gen 2 vs HK vp9sk vs p365 | Gunner Forum
At 17.8 oz the P365 is about 5 oz lighter, 1 1/2" shorter in length, 3/4" shorter in height, and 1/4" thinner. Sounds like a win, win plus you can get extended mags for nightstand or carry as a spare.

The some of the pistol silhouette shooters trim the 454 down to 45 colt length to get the small pocket primer hole to get the extra high pressures case for there gun . Something to look into.

Drool warning! 629 Stealth - Gunner Forum
Barrel length is 7 1/2" and the barrel is mag-na-ported (see pic, below) to reduce barrel flip. Makes for an exceptionally comfy to shoot 44 mag. The front sight is dovetailed into the barrel and has a very bright hi viz coating in a recessed well. Darn near as bright as a red dot, back in our woods.
