3- Create a subfolder (inside randomizer)named Pk3ds and extract pk3ds inside. 4- Create another subfolder (inside randomizer) named Packhacks and extract packhacks inside. 5- Create another subfolder (inside randomizer) and name it New (this one is only where you will randomize stuff in and is most of the time empty). 6- Install packhacks.
Lets say I have no knowledge of hardware modding and very low skills with programming. I also dont really know where to start with emulators on my PC. How difficult is it to get OOT randomizer going?
