    "have always had a positive experience with this location. everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Love the ability to go into a location vs having everything shipped. Billing is detailed and all insurance issues handed without having an issue. Only downfall is when you call vs going into the location. Hold times are not the best but would never deter me from going elsewhere. Living in the area I can get to this location in less than 10 minutes with any issues that might occur and have always been resolved in a timely manner."

    "I have been very frustrated with the service I've received from Apria Healthcare. I have been trying for weeks to get supplies for my CPAP machine. I have made several calls to their customer service to see why I am not receiving the supplies. Every time I call I am told something different is wrong with my order. I feel if my order has been placed and there is something preventing it from being filled, Apria should contact me. Instead I end up calling to see why I have not received my supplies only to be told another reason by a different rep. I have decided to change supply companies. It is not worth the frustration of dealing with Apria."
