Good afternoon user_jny4vs TCM is a great channel, I am a big fan of their programming. Channel wise, TCM is not considered a premium channel, so there is no standalone pricing for TCM. We offer TCM as a part of our More Sports and Entertainment package, cost on that is $9.99 per month. TCM channel vanished - TV and app | Xfinity Community Forum
TCM channel vanished - TV and app I have been enjoying the TCM channel through my Sports and entertainment package. However, on Monday the TCM tv channel 33100 disappeared and so did support for the app. I can’t authenticate my account for iPhone, iPad or fire tv cube. The message is just you no longer have this service.

I'd like to ask a few questions to gain a better understanding and work together towards a fix. To begin, is this issue isolated to one TV? Have you tried toggling the closed caption on and off to see if it helps?

Our plan that includes TCM is part of our More Sports and Entertainment package. We offer it for 9.99 a month, and it also includes NFL Network, NFL RedZone, NBA TV, Military History Channel, CBS Sports, and Big 10 Network to name a few.

TCM Channel Why on earth would Xfinity place TCM with a Sports channel lineup that charges $10 extra per month. I don't watch Sports. I know this happened a few years ago and I am addressing it now, yet it makes no sense. I actually dropped the pkg last week with few other premiums.

The chart on the Xfinity website clearly shows that TCM is included in this plan, but when we try to access TCM the on-screen message states that this station requires an additional subscription.

TCM was supposed to be part of my Digital Starter plan - it shows up on the computer when I search the list of channels in my plan -- but when I try to get it on the TV it tells me that I need a subscription.
