So Zoro unlocking it in this Arc makes no sense as he isn’t the focus and it would take away from Luffy’s reveal of Conqueror’s. PunkHazard is the same thing. Not focusing on Zoro that much and it’s really not thematically relevant for him to unlock it here.
Zoro gets ragdolled all over the place while being unable to tag King. Zoro is known for having higher AP than others in his general bracket of strength, but without the ACoC he demonstrated against Kaido, Zoro is unable to match King's offensive output. Furthermore, Zoro can't do anything against King when the latter has his flame on his back.
Zoro always uses his swords for defense, and he's pretty good at doing so, and had great feats with it. Kaido couldn't low diff Yamato in a 1v1, what makes Luffy capable of low diffing Zoro?
